Josh and I fell in love with Fort Collins while we attended Colorado State University.  We vowed we would make this place our home, and 20 years later we are still here making good on that promise.  We feel so blessed to raise our family in Fort Collins, and have opportunities to give back to this community.

We own and operate Old Town Athletic Club and OTAC CrossFit and we care about this community and the character of Old Town.  Drop in on any given day and you will find Josh doing anything and everything from coaching CrossFit, to training clients, to folding towels (at a pace that looks like fast forward!). If you see our children at the gym, they will be moving their bodies for fun, fitness, or to learn what it means to run a small business.
